My Surface Pro 7's screen starts ghosting (displaying persistent image), displays interlaced brightness pattern, and the top few lines are darker than usual. This note bookmarks the links related to this problem.

- I did not see that option, but disabling "Panel Self Refresh" seems to stop it.
