It doesn’t tell me which version of Postgres to upgrade to, nor which version of pgAdmin to downgrade to. Searching for a compatibility matrix doesn’t help either [1] [2] [3].

Now this won’t be a problem if it works. However, it seems that the Postgres version I’m using is so old that the connection fails.

I am not ready to upgrade Postgres yet, so I’ll have to figure out which version of pgAdmin to use. Using GitHub Blame view here’s the result:
